CAUVERY WATER FLOW- A PERPETUAL ISSUE MADE BY POLITICIANS.

If I am at war with an enemy who has external(legal) support like the neighbouring Tamilnad state,what I have to do if I didnot have necessary strength to fight single handed is I should find some way and fortify my border and then take the issue to the enemy’s field.Instead of finding means to fight legally and carving support from top politicinas, we are shouting and fighting in our own land destroying things belonging to our own property, and wasting precious time and loosing the battle.This game is going on since 2 decades and every Ch.minister had given water obeying court or even clandestinely. Our Parliament members belonging to all parties are squarely responsible in not solving the issue. Voters beware
