Born  in Bengaluru city to late Sri. Hebbalalu Rama Rao, a  great philanthropist, social activist, and religious enthusiast and late Srimati Subbamma. Residing in Vijayanagar,Bengaluru with an all-too- caring wife Kamalamma. Two highly- loving daughters Aparna and Rajeswari and an equally endearing in-laws Ravishankara Bhatta and Aravind Kashyap with three extremely pleasing affectionate,enjoyable grand children Atharva, Achinthya and Advika- all living in California State. A Senior Citizen crossing 70th mark, a graduate in science from Central College, Bengaluru, professional engineer and a (Metallurgical) Scientist attached to Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., while in service. Now a professed astrologer  and a Free lance writer on social life /problems, predictive astrology, besides contributor to humour magazines.
